Scouting report: MCM pieces currently available in the 'ham
I was downtown Friday and had some time to wander over to one of my favorite spots for shopping: Hanna Antiques on 7th Avenue South. We found a lot of great things there when we were furnishing our 1920s houses, and we even had a booth there for a while. But mid-century was never their strong suit. I thought I'd take a shot and see what I could find.
I heart Hannah's. The last time I was there, they had some wonderful vintage Christmas stuff. Now that you posted this, were definately going back over there. Have you checked out Urban Suburban yet at 5514 Crestwood Blvd? They have some good stuff, my best girlfriend Marla got a blue retro couch from there and its devine! Thanks for posting pictures!
I haven't made it over to Urban Suburban yet. Maybe this weekend. I'll snap photos there, as well. Hey, if anybody has a lead on a house, or a piece of furniture, or a relevant "happening" of some kind, feel free to post it on the FB site, or here and I'll follow up.
