Two amazing new Magic City Mod listings - city views!

They're out there folks. They really are. It's just that you can't see them from the road. Fortunately, you have me to help you on your mission.

The first is a personal favorite: a great Redmont-area "urban cabin" if I've ever seen one. $325K seems steep for a 2/1, but you're paying for the view and the in-town location. And, of course, for the ca. 1955 fabulousness of it all.

This one is also in Forest Park/Redmont. It is bigger with 3/3, and the price tag ($675K) is larger accordingly. From 1973, it has a bit more funk to it, and similar amazing views.

So, I need somebody to go buy these places and then invite me to a cocktail party so I can be part of the splendor, if only for a few hours.

Cheers!

  1. Beautiful properties!

I'd take the first one, actually.

I didn't know that Birmingham had mountains or hills that would offer such views. Mind you, I've not been anywhere near to this part of the States yet.

  2. Jonathan -

Birmingham is sort of the terminus for the Appalachians. We call them mountains, but folks from elsewhere would probably giggle and cal them hills. In any event, they do provide for some great views! Thanks for visiting!

  3. Thanks again for your terrific finds! The house with the circular pool is another John M. Fuller design...you can see more photos at our website at www.fuller-thompson.com in the residential section, including an historic photo. On the site it is labeled "Pensinger Residence".
